Im not sure why but I Just cant get a good workout for my tris. I tried Skullcrush's,close-grip bench, Diamond push-ups everything! but nothing is giving me a good tricep workout. I tried doing some push-ups to tire my tris then hit the bench while my tris were tired.. but that didnt work very well. Is that I need to go with higher weight? or high reps? My tricep workout looks like this:
1. I do something to get my triceps tired(push-ups,DB floor press ect)
2. skull crush 3x 6-8 reps
3. CG bench 3x6-8 reps
What I am doing worng? or i am still getting a decent workout although the reps are easy?
