    Pics

    I don't have any starting pics, it never really crossed my mind 2 years ago. My starting weight was 117 and my current weight is 158 as of yesterday. Any feedback and/or bodyfat guesses would be greatly appreciated.

    I was eating loads of tuna, chicken breasts, steaks, wendy's, burger king, back yard burger and drinking tons of milk..lol.

    Good work on the size thorugh, i would have prob said about 15% Bf maybe a bit less by looking at a few people i havetrained with!

    How are you imagining it? To the knee? Dragging on the floor? Not a bad mental image, either of those.

    I would also guess about 15%.

    If you pull 360 and squat 350, I doubt you're squatting to parallel.
