Today im going to do leg day, but an doing 1 thing different. Im doing breathing squats. How would i integrate this.
I normally do a squats, leg press, sldl, and calf raises
I am planning on doing
4 sets warmup squats, light
1 set breathing squats
2-3 sets SLDL
4 sets calfraise
Seeing as i have never done breathing squats, this will probably be too much to handle.
What do you recommend for leg day, if you are doing breathing squats?

Yeah, after doing the 20 rep squats, I'm out of it for a few minutes, but after that I go ahead and complete a lot of other exercises for my legs. You'll be fine. But if it's your first day doing them, you may be a little tired though.
i should just do warmup and then go staight to the breathing squats, not do 2 sets of heavy squats first right?
personally I'd do normal squatting first, but this is your first day, so just do the breathers
