Start off this log with the results from the meet I just did.
SSA Backyard Meet, Iron Asylum Gym 8/2/08
Before cutting weight: 226.4
After cutting: 217.3
Squats: Inzer T-Rex, metal viking briefs, inzer wraps
670: miss - came forward
670: good lift - 45lb meet PR
waived 3rd attempt - shot, wasn't fully rehydrated, figured I'd save the energy
Bench: Inzer Super Phenom
475: good lift, 15lb meet PR
505: miss, straight lined
505: miss, hand-cuffed
Deadlift: Inzer T-rex
465: good lift
505: good lift -30lb meet PR, finally got my 500 pull (yah I'm a terrible puller, whatever, at least now it's higher then my bench hahaha!)
Total: 1650 - 125lb meet PR!!!!!
Thanks to the EEB training crew for all the help!!!! Bob did a great job handling me again!!!!!! Sandi and Zane are awesome, and big thanks to Bott, the Jackal, and the rest of the Jersey crew for their help as well!!!!!!!
Goals for this cycle:
1) Get stronger (especially my erector strength, starting to think it's my achille's heel)
2) 1700 total
3) Bring up my deadlift
