I finished doing hammer curls and right after i get this weird annoying pain on the upper part of my left bicep near my shoulder...
i used to work out about 2 years ago for almost a year and never felt this pain ever b4,
i first got this pain 2 weeks ago after doing hammer curls, and i missed my next 2 workouts because of it, it took about 5-6 days for it to heal and on the following week after hammer curls it didnt hurt at all but I did them yesterday and it's hurting again now.
any1 know why this is happening?

You may have strained your muscle. Rest it and ice it.
You can look at this as a wonderful opportunity to work on your squats.
lol i only do hammer curls once a week n its my only isolation bicep exercise,
should i just stop curling altogether? how necessary are curls in bicep growth anyways?
