About 3 months ago I had a sleeping issue where I had 2 completely sleepness nights in a row, I took Nyquil for about a week and got back to normal sleeping habits. But.. ever since then more and more lately it's like I cant get any quality sleep.
Ive tried every reasonable amount of sleep and nothing works. I always feel a little rundown and have bags under my eyes as of late. It's definetly affected my weightlifting and it's been getting worse. I lift my ass off and eat well, but I believe quality of sleep may be the reason my lifts seem to be decreasing of late.
Ive already tried averaging 10 hours of sleep a night, nothing. Ive considered I was sleeping to much, nothing. Tried in between, same problem.
