    Recommend Routine For Me

I'm looking for a new workout routine. My goals are mainly muscle mass, and some strength. If you know of a good 4-day split routine that meets my goals, please post it here.

    Thank you.

I want a routine recommended by the members of this forum, not the ones posted in the sticky (I just saw those routines but they do not appeal to me).

if you really want a member to suggest you a 4 day routine, then Baby Got Back seem to have been a quite popular routine which can lead to your goals, assuming your diet is actually sufficient, as in enough protein, enough calories, getting your pre and post workout nutrition in etc. afterall most of gaining the size will come from eating enough, if your not eating enough to grow then no routine around will increase your muscle mass.

Read Rippetoe's Starting Strength. Excellent routine.
"Diet: Sufficient" - what does that mean? If you want to get bigger and stronger, especially at age 16, you have to eat like an animal.
    Give chalk a chance.
