    squat pr

    got 420lb squat tonight quite happy felt like i could get two strange as ive been abit ill this week and had a bad workout the other day
    I believe that when the body is strong, the mind thinks strong thoughts. Time spent away from the Iron makes my mind degenerate. I wallow in a thick depression. My body shuts down my mind.

    thanks guys will defo get a vid of a 200kg squat this will be in knee wraps for the first time next week or so
