I'm going to assume that you're playing D because of your name (and the gnarly stache) - you're behind your man in almost all those shots? Are you trying to hold him back with your stick? That seems like a quick way to get blown by... get a body in front of him and don't use your stick so much. Just my humble advice (from someone who used to blow by guys that would try to hold back with just a stick and has been knocked on his ass enough times to know a good defenseman from a crappy one. get a body on the attacker)

    Health goals
    - Weigh a healthy and active 170-180, healthy mind and body
    - Dunk a basketball (hey a man can have big dreams huh)
    - Swim 2-3x/week and become a better swimmer

it really depends where you are on the feild. The first three pictures I am pushing him down the alley to keep him away from the goal. If I was infront of him he could turn back and score quite easily where I am postioned the only way he can run is down the sideline

In the 4th picture I am sliding

in the rest I am behind cage throwing take away checks not really worrying about much beucase an attackman cant score from behind cage

Fair enough...looks like you have a good base, BB-wise. Keep eating and lifting heavy? I have no other advice
