AWESOME traiing session today. Big PR fo me and lots of great lifting by all the guys. I gt together wit a group of guys, one of them is an old high school buddy of mine who just crossed over from strongman to powerlifting and about 5 other guys. It made for a grat atmosphere and big squats. We shoul have a monolift coming in the next week or two which will be great.
Impressive. Nice work man.

Good work man. Good idea to go ghetto-monolift on the last one. I give you mad props for walking out a heavy weight in the canvas. Not an easy task!

you guys need a monolift, glad your getting one.
you are strong as an ox, a great addition to this board. great videos.
Haha - ghetto monolift FTW! Nice work bud, walking out in canvas can't be easy.
Thanks guys. I'm really looking forward to getting that monolift in. Hopefully that'll keep the squat moving up. Now if I can just build some kinda deadlift that would be nice.
Pardon my ignorance... But what's the suit for?
How does it help?
But dude... You're an absolute beast, haha.
Guitar, basically the suit gives a lot of hip support to help you come out of the hole more easily. So as long as you can handle more weight at the top you can squat more (assuming you train to overload the top and work on getting comfortable in the suit).
