    Thanks lonesX... I tried those Kroc rows the other day and I can tll thy kicked my ass, along with some heavy shrugs. Thanks for the ideas.

    no problem dude. i like doing them with the DB held in my hand perpindicular to my body to hit the rhomboids more. i usually do 10 holding the DB parallel, and then 10 with my wrist in a more perpindicular manor. take care of the lats, and rhomboids.
