Im competing in my first powerlifting meet ( it's push/pull, no squats ) in a week. I was just wondering what other people do a week before a meet. Do you workout normally, or lower the intensity, or just rest?

Also right now I weigh about 267, should I try to gain a few pounds, or would it not make enough of a difference? I doubt I could eat enough to be more than 275 in a week, so I don't think I have to worry about ending up in another weight class.
