I currently do not have a S rack so i cant rlly do squats very well... So i was wonderingif I could just do Hack squats isntead and get good results? thanks!

Theres no substitue for real squats.But I would go on record as saying leg press is a better choice than a hack squat.
I agree with Mike. I injured my hamstring/glute months ago and started doing front squats instead of back squats. My back squat numbers suffered terribly from it. Always do back squats, then choose between hack/front squats, or leg presses for 'additional' exercises but not substitutes.

I'm not necessarily recommending this as a substitute for back squats (neither am I saying there's anything wrong with it) but a possible alternative is to do a deadlift, rest the barbell on the legs and then wrap the arms around the bar and proceed to do a zercher squat. Fairly painful though you probably get used to the pressure after a while.
