    Anti-Rhodestown - I am getting pretty lean!

    Lol, yeah, the lats are just my gift from God. I don't do anything special for them. I DO think there are certain techniques I used which help their growth, but nothing particularly special on the exercises.

    But don't go bashing Rhodestown. We have destroyed ourselves to be there. You want it, too. Don't be afraid. When you're done eating your good foods for the day, have a box of Twinkies. We don't judge you in Rhodetown. We don't tell you the Twinkies are bad. We are here to help you get past these demons. We are your support.     I'm STILL wondering how you managed to be leader of Rhodestown when you're one of it's skinniest members? That's why you found this forum before I did. While you were wanting to be big, I was busy being there. (Now if only I could match the size with the strength...) Tell Vinnie I found his neck, it was behind the couch.

    i think you'd be a bit surprised at what Chris eats

    he's definetely shown me its all about calories. mcdonalds calories, burger king calories. as long as its in your range.
