I work out every day, eat really healthy and maintain about the same weight. I do notice more definition though. Any suggestions are welcomed and appreciated. As for now I lift about an hour and 1/2 with 15 minutes of pre and post cardio. Today I'm going to started doing another cardio session 30-45 mintues as far away from my lifting. Here are my progress #1 pictures, there aren't any from before but I'm considering this a new starting point anyway since I want to cut a lot. I'm 6' 2'' at 255lbs. I'd like to get to 215.
