Is there a way to alter WBB 1 to make it db based until I can get myself a gym membership? Most of the routine is alterable but I still think there is room for me to mix it up with the dbs until I can get to a gym. So can I please have some help altering the routine so I can do it in the house with dbs, esp. since I dont have a barbell set yet?
you got anything to do dips or chin-ups with? if so do those until you get a membership
Stop looking for the prefect routine to do with dumbbells. It doesn't matter what routine you use, you're not going to get anywhere with 25lb dumbbells. Get a gym membership.
