It’s no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?
Yesterday I hit a two plate front squat (never front squatted more than 135 before that) as part of my ME. The most I have back squatted was 315.
I am curious to know how much of a gap there is between your front squat and back squat.
