For those of you who do your HIIT first thing in the morning, I learned a good lesson today. In order to avoid some devastating events, I suggest you DO NOT partake in the following:
1) Take 40mg of Adderal and 400mg of caffeine so you can "push" through being tired
2) Decide the best idea since its 4AM and you haven't slept yet is to do your HIIT right then so you can wake up
3) Have any kind of drink with acid in it (for me it was Propel) before bed
4) Grab a spinner next to a cute girl and work harder than you normally do
A combination of these mistakes can lead to vomitting, embarassment, and a sour stomach for the rest of the day.
