    I use that same grip when going raw. I naturally tuck my elbows so going that wide raw never bothers my shoulders and allows me to use my triceps

    and actually if I remember correctly you wore a Double Phenom? if so, you do not need to touch lower, the phenom does not have that groove, touching lower is only to groove tight shirts correctly in order to touch effectively. That isn't needed for a Phenom because you do not need to run away from the chest plate, you need to bring it right down that chest plate to maximize the stretch.

    You also need to upgrade that shirt to the SUPER phenom.
