I just calculated everything i ate on livestrong.com and i came to 1600 calories. I still need to eat a bit more, but i noticed i had 42g of sugar. Is this too much for one day to cause insulin levels to raise? I know that isn't good...The thing is, all my sugar came from milk with my cereal, a banana, and an apple...That should be fine, right?
