The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

It’s no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    stay hydrated...but stay asleep!!

Drinking enough water is still a weak point in my diet and I want to fix it.

That being said, how do you recommend drinking enough water without losing it all when I go to sleep.

For example - last night I weighed in at 266. During my 9 hours of sleep, I woke up 3 times to go to the bathroom. A lot of work when I'm stiff and worn down from squats the previous day. I have to move very slowly in worries that I may move a tight muscle and hurt myself.

Does anyone here drink enough water without having to get up to pee at night?

I drank 2 gallons yesterday. I had to take a leak somewhat consistently during the day but I slept through the night just fine.

I find that to be a bit of a problem whenever I increase my water intake, but I get used to it pretty quickly.

In the past I've had problems with constantly waking up to urinate in throughout the night. It's simple, I've stopped drinking a few hours before bedtime.

Started to do this. Only got up once. I think once will be inevitable, since I have a bedtime shake.

I have tried drinking less before i sleep. I do get up less to piss, but I find myself waking up a little nautious and dehydrated.

I think I may need to stop eating 90 minutes before bed so i'm not digesting as much right before bed.

you really should not be getting dehydrated just from the time you sleep. Are you getting enough sodium during the day?
