Drinking enough water is still a weak point in my diet and I want to fix it.

That being said, how do you recommend drinking enough water without losing it all when I go to sleep.

For example - last night I weighed in at 266. During my 9 hours of sleep, I woke up 3 times to go to the bathroom. A lot of work when I'm stiff and worn down from squats the previous day. I have to move very slowly in worries that I may move a tight muscle and hurt myself.

Does anyone here drink enough water without having to get up to pee at night?
