I've always wondered if tendons and ligaments increase in strength at the same rate muscles do. In other words, as one increases weights, along with increasing muscle strength, are the ligaments and tendons keeping up, or are they becoming more prone to injury?
umm..im gonna say they all grow together as a unit and are all equally as prone to injury. basically the body is built to grow, dont worry about it. people wouldnt lift if each workout they become more likely to get hurt.
