    Bench Training 8-30-08

    Did some floor preses and 2 board in the shirt. Worked up to 565 and stopped there, having some elbow pain still. I screwed up the video on the 565, so I only hve a 515 to show.

    Yeah, I lift at a few different places, and the silence at this one is a little tough for me.
