The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    washing wrist and knee wraps

Hey guys, is it ok to wash knee and wrist wraps? My knee wraps don't need it yet, but my wrist wraps are getting there! I just wanted to make sure I wouldn't mess them up by washing and drying them in a washer and dryer. Thanks, guys.

I would hand wash them in the sink with warm water. It's ok though.

agreed, just soak them in some soapy water, rinse them in some clean water and then air dry them

Hand wash them in the 'Titan Power Wash'. It is designed to strengthen poly material and still get out the body salts that can break down the material. You can either let them air dry or use the delicate cycle on your dryer...air dry is best. I wash all of my poly stuff in the power wash occasionally and it works great. You can order it through Titan's website.

I dont think ive ever washed them. When they smell to bad i give then away for someone else to wash and just get a new pair. Im super hard a wrist wraps. They tend to not be as tight by the end of a training cycle. so i get a new pair for meets and the new pair becomes my new training pair.

I have never washed my wrist wraps before.

I would not use a dryer, but let the wraps air dry.
