    weight difference on maxes

    this week in school we maxed out... but I can't tell what's lagging (I think squat) but i'm not sure. Is the difference in the maxes normal? thanks.

    Age: 15
    Weight: 140lbs
    Height: 5'6

    Squat 185x3 = 200lb max

    Incline Press 125x6 = 145lb max

    Power Clean 135x5 = 155lb max

    Bench Press 135x7 = 165lb max

    You are fine. Drink milk, eat a lot, lift, and sleep like a god damn grizzly bear.

    Concentrate on the big, compound movements - squats, deadlifts, bench, rows, squats, pullups, squats, deadlifts, squats.
    USUALLY, the dead is higher than the squat, which is higher than the rest.
    Give chalk a chance.


    49 years old

    665 squat
    700 deadlift
    325 bench
