    Strength Training Video Series

    Hi there,

    We've just launched a brand new section of the AtLarge Nutrition website - The AtLarge Nutrition Strength Training Video Series



    Powerlifters, Olympic Lifters and athletes looking for increased strength and on-the-field performance (football players, baseball players, track athletes etc) this video series is for you! We have everything from benching at the legendary Westside Barbell Club through to Travis Bell taking you through various back and shoulder exercises.

    cool stuff!!!

    donnie thompsons video... "everything in this gym is fat." hahaha. i do an exercise similar to "the blob," but using a single DB or KB. i bet i could make something similar to that implement out of a snow shovel though

    Definitely, I like the reverse band pulldown to increase your back strength and better bench form!

    If you have so much band tension that you can't lay down, you have too much band tension on there. Just choke the greens around the top of the rack

    or possibly you just need to eat more
