I thought I'd go ahead and start one here..
Some quick background info:
been training since Februaury 2008, before that nothing..minus a bit in high school...15'ish years ago.
to get strong and large.
I started late jan, early feb at 247lbs, cut to 218'ish, and have been slowly bulking back up.. I am around 242 right now, at 5'8"
I'd like to hit 260 before I cut again.
I'll post last nights workout in a moment to start it all off..
