    Starting Out

    Okay, so I'm 16, 200lbs, 6'1
    Just looking for some good pointers and advice on muscle and strength building.
    I haven't been working out very long and there seem to be so many people trying to sell their "proven method".

    You should start with some squats, deadlifts, and chest press.
