Just started out..
Ok, I seriously got into strength training about a month ago and i have a question. I have no spotter and my chest is by far my weakest bodypart and i've been doing presses in the smith and then yesterday i went on a real bench and was shaky as all hell with half the weight. I was wondering what could i do with no spotter.. db presses? would i then have a more stable press after a good amount of time using db presses? and would it be just as effective as doing bb presses in a smith?
