tomorrow I want to destroy my tris

in a good way. whats the best way to do it? or do I need to experiment and find what works for me. my arms are small in relation to my torso and i hate it. a lot of tri specific stuff seems kinda seems awkward to me.. I tried a few skull crushers, those are ok but what about french press and cable stuff? narrow grip bench?

Close grip bench press, board presses, JM presses, floor presses, pin presses... There are lots of options.

    agreed

so you want a good upper body push workout eh? just did this today.

    Push Press 4x8
then compound set/superset/what not pushups and dips
    x10 pushups then straight to
    x10 dips
    rest
    repeat
    total of 3 sets
    tis fun

just stick to compounds and your arms willl grow

They look pretty close to me. This is one hell of a tough exercise and your tris will be swole from it. Keep in mind I am assuming that you want to destroy your tris to get STRONGER in the bench press so you dont always have to do ultra close grip benches for that. The boards will save your sholders and pecs a bit and this movement will be very much tricep dependent.

    Close Grip Bench Press

Bar none, since I started doing these, my strength and size have markedly improved. After warmups, I do 2 - 3 sets with weight that I can only do for 3 to 5 reps.

    Go get 'em!
