in a good way. whats the best way to do it? or do I need to experiment and find what works for me. my arms are small in relation to my torso and i hate it. a lot of tri specific stuff seems kinda seems awkward to me.. I tried a few skull crushers, those are ok but what about french press and cable stuff? narrow grip bench?
Close grip bench press, board presses, JM presses, floor presses, pin presses... There are lots of options.

Should man in video not have hands closer together.
Bar none, since I started doing these, my strength and size have markedly improved. After warmups, I do 2 - 3 sets with weight that I can only do for 3 to 5 reps.
Go get 'em!
