Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?
I have been teaching my friend to squat and he says he gets a sharp pain around his groin region (inside of the thigh) when squatting. Only on one leg. I am curious if any of you know what this may be and how I can fix it, thanks!
