Anyone know how much weight roughly I will lose on a 2 month cut using the starting strength routine?
Dont put a time limit on the cut rather set a bf goal. Aim to lose 1-2lbs a week.
I would say to shoot for a lb a week on Starting Strength. If you lose too much weight you will start to feel overtrained imo.
im currently bulking to 150, I want to cut down to 140 after though
no more than 8 lbs i would say.. Thats 1 lb a week.
yeh i agree with zenmonkey, aim for a bodyfat goal and get it measured once every month, also the best judge is the mirror.
to add on to what pottsy said... I wouldn't even worry about bf % if you don't EASILY have access to getting measure or don't have time. What you're really cutting for is self satisfaction and there is no better measuring tool for that than the mirror. But bf % is still nice to know, so if you can get it done, more power to you
