    Monday, Wednesday, Fri or Tue, Th, Sat?

    Which days should I lift weights?
    Here's my schedule for my fall classes:
    M: class 8-8:50( breakfast before that) another class 2-2:50
    T:class 12:30 -1:45 my only day to sleep in at all (but I won't because I must eat)
    W: same as Mon
    Th: class 8-850, 11-1150, 1230-145 (I'll have to eat a late lunch.)
    F: class 8-8:50, 9-10:50, 2-2:50
    Sat: no classes
    I would prefer to work out earlier in the day, ( 10-12), and the afternoon is ok. I don't want to lift at night, because I hear that is when it is most crowded.
    What do you think?
    I'll have to gain a bunch of weight just to be skinny, and then a bunch more to even look like I lift weights.

    Tuesday in the AM
    Thursday in the PM
    Saturday in the AM

    That's what I'd do in your situation... or just get up early on Thursday so it's all AM.

    Trying not to die young.

    Thanks. I would prefer it less crowded because I'm self-consicious about looking like a skeleton. I could squeeze in a workout on Th from 9:30-11, but that would be cutting it close, because I'd have to shower and change again. So I'm thinking afternoon.

    EDIT: The only downside to lifting on Saturday is that when I go home for the weekend about once a month, I'll have to work out with my cheap home set and do front squats instead of regular.

    just do what you feel is the most comfortable.. it's the same split just different days

    Well, you can push yourself extra hard one saturday a month at home, or... wait till sunday night when you get back @ school once a month and hit the gym in the evening. Either way you should be fine.

    I've been doing Wed, Fri, Sun to avoid the load of guys benching and curling on Mon and Tue.

    When you say morning, you mean early morning, like 6am, right?

    Go Monday and Wednesday between class and then Friday from 11-2. That gets the job done and leaves Saturday free for whatever.

    I could work out from 11-12, eat my powerbar, rest, shower, eat lunch and then go to class. That would work also. Part of my conflict is the zero week of school, where I have no classes m-w-f, but a ton of stuff is going on.
