Which days should I lift weights?
Here's my schedule for my fall classes:
M: class 8-8:50( breakfast before that) another class 2-2:50
T:class 12:30 -1:45 my only day to sleep in at all (but I won't because I must eat)
W: same as Mon
Th: class 8-850, 11-1150, 1230-145 (I'll have to eat a late lunch.)
F: class 8-8:50, 9-10:50, 2-2:50
Sat: no classes
I would prefer to work out earlier in the day, ( 10-12), and the afternoon is ok. I don't want to lift at night, because I hear that is when it is most crowded.
What do you think?
