Hey Ive started working out again. Currently Im 6'0 tall and about 168-170lbs. I have no problem with lifting weights to gain muscle on my arms but my issue is with my abs. Do you loose weight when you are trying to gain muscle on your abs since you are losing the fat on your stomach? But if you actually do get a 6 pack do you gain weight? My friend recently got a 6 pack and he said he gained weight doing it. What should I do?
