Not really a bread more of an omelette with oats - but a great idea.

    Sandwich it around this:

    Healthier/cleaner Chicken Salad
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast
    1/2 cup mustard
    1/2 cup dill relish
    1/2 cup scallions, chopped
    1 teaspoon dill weed seasoning
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 teaspoon pepper

Its true what you mean but i make it like in a large skillet then i cut it to make like a bread and use it on my tuna sandwich. sometimes eat it like a pancake with sugar free syrup by Cary's and add some peanut butter over it tastes good and kills my sugar cravings.

Do you use the mustard as a dressing?

Going to try it. Do you mix every thing together or do you use the mustard as the dressing?
