    Depends on the egg size a bit, but around 3 grams.

    egg whites (depending on the size) are 17~ or so calories and 3-3.5 grams of protein.

    why use google when you have a multitude of people who know their stuff? i got an answer with one thread, the only difference is the interaction with fellow lifters...

    Why wait 5 days to get your answer when you can find it in 5 seconds, and use the rest of the 4 days-23hrs-59minutes-and 55 seconds to eat eggs.

    Interaction with members is a great thing; opinions and discussions are welcome. I would resort to creating threads for answers and opinions you can't find anywhere else. But hey, thats just me.

    yes i know that, but they don't seem to have the nutritional facts for a hard boiled egg with only the egg whites from it.
