    Chris Taylor

Guys, I read on Powerliftingwatch.com that our own Chris Taylor had a heart attack recently (his second). Let's all wish him a speedy recovery and the best for his family as well. He is a VERY nice guy and I hate to see this happen...

    Chris

    My friends,

Thanks for all the well wishes. I am doing OK and by the Grace of God I will recover from this. Luckily it was a small attack but any attack needs to be treated as a threat to your life. God brought me through it once, He will do it again. Don't know if i will be back on the platform again but if it's God's will, well you know I will show up somewhere. Gotta take some down time and wait to get clearence to be able to train again but when I do its gonna be conditioning and cardio for a bit then maybe I will throw in some strongman type stuff before getting back in gear and going hardcore again.

    God Bless you all,
    Chris Taylor
