Do you think doing a regular workout 5 days prior to testing (Vert,Broad,Shuttle, 40 etc.) is to close to the testing date. My plan would be to do the regular workout that I've been doing (the only leg exercises would be heavy SLDL and some calf work). and then take Saturday day off. Sunday would be light activity and then monday do a warm up with some striders and a cool down. Tuesday would strictly be a warm up and cool down.
