Quick question. The directions say to take 1 teaspoon per day after the loading phase. My Creatine 500 came with a 50cc scoop, which is way more than a teaspoon (4.9cc). Should I use a teaspoon as per directions or use the scoop?
You should use 1tsp. The scoop must have gotten put in there by mistake
