The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Its no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

Great job out there, Tom. You had a great overall performance.
I had an awesome time watching you and all the other athletes put it on the line in Utah. It was a pleasure judging events and seeing new faces as well as seeing the guys on the cusp of the pro ranks.
The latter statement of course is directed towards you. You will be there very soon, as I am sure you are already expecting it from yourself.
Keep it up and I hope to see ya again soon!
