The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

Can anyone else now cross their legs like a girl?

You know, how girls sit when they wear skirts? Normally I don't sit that way but for some reason I tried it while watching TV and my legs barely stayed in place and the one would fall off the other. I'm wondering if squats have anything to do with it, not that I care. I always used to be able to do it.

It probably has to do with the penis and balls more than the squats.

It's not natural but you can do it. If you cross your right over your left, scoot your butt to the right and lean on your left side, then cross your right leg over. Don't ask me how I know that. Also, pull your balls up over your left thigh before doing the cross for their sake.

    This should be in OT.

Yeah it probably should be in OT, I don't know why I posted it here.

My point was that I always used to be able to do it no problem but ever since I started squatting it's a lot harder. I thought it was because my legs got bigger and there's more muscle to fight with.

You need to get in touch with your feminine side.

If I lift my nuts up and rest them on top of my one leg after they are crossed, then yes I can sit like that. However, I'd rather sit like a man with my legs spread wide open with one hand scratching my nuts, while I hold my beer in the other hand.

Big adductors make crosing legs impossible. Especially without crushing the junk.

BTW, I would guess that the fact that women have wider hips has something to do with it, too.

The amount of cramping in my hips would be unreal if I tried. Putting on socks is hard enough.
