Unfortunately I am one of those people who teeters in my weight class. I seem to be right at 220 today but I know if I take it too easy all next week I can easily put on 5-7 lbs. On Mon. I will be doing some real light squat and bench because if I do not I tend to get super tight. I will probably spend most of my time on a bike and treadmill quickly walking.
Also I want to make sure I eat just enough. What are you guys eating the week of a meet? I know if i control my salt I can keep the water weight down.
