The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Its no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    Sumo Pull Video

First attempt is a good 625, I somehow missed 725 on a second and came back to smoke it right after but I couldnt collect the video:

I like to pull sumo in training often to give the back a break.

Thanks guys. I am not one to make excuses, I flat out sucked on that 725 first attempt but came back to smoke it. I worked til 6am, had 2 hours rest and went to the gym to help out some of the up and coming lifters, I had a great time and definitely had some good sleep after that workout lol! I was pleased with my bar speed on my first and last attempts. I was breaking in a brand new suit that day as well. All in all a good workout. I wasn't far from 220bw that day.
