40 yards x 5 hills
Well I must be out of my goddamn mind. Reading Wendler's log gave me the bright idea to do some hill sprints. I've gotten a lot bigger and stronger over this past year, but my conditioning and overall GPP has gone to hell. I feel out of shape, and I've noticed my overall training volume has been slowly decreasing.
Did some hill sprints at a local hill. Not sure how high or how long the sprint is, but I'm guessing around 40 yards (I could be way off). The first one felt great, the second was tough, and after the 4th I felt like puking and passing out. The fifth was just plain brutal and my lungs were on fire, legs felt good though. It took about an hour for me to recover and for my lungs to stop burning.
