The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

Thanks John. My gym's DBs only go up to 150, but I can squeeze one of the 10lb cable weight stack "extra" plates on there to make 160's.

A bacon cup could help you get rid of that........OR............................. YOU LIKE SEEING IT?
This is the true joy in life, the being used for a purpose recognized by yourself as a mighty one; the being thoroughly worn out before you are thrown on the scrap heap; the being a force of Nature instead of a feverish selfish little clod of ailments and grievances complaining that the world will not devote itself to making you happy - George Bernard Shaw

    Monday 4/5 - ME Squat

Free Squats (raw) - working up to opener
    135 x 5
    225 x 5
    275 x 5
    315 x 5
    365 x 1
    405 x 1
    425 x 1 ---> probable opener

SLDL (off 10" box, bar pause on shoes)
    135 x 5
    225 x 5
    315 x 5
    315 x 5

GHR Situps (w/ 25lb plate at forehead)
    4 sets of 12

GHRs (w/ mini band around neck)
    3 sets of 10

Done. I'll just be working up to my openers this week, and then some light assistance work next week, then hit the meet. I'll be going Raw (no knee wraps so I'm allowed to capitalize the 'R', but I'll be wearing a belt and singlet so I can't fully capitalize it with an exclamation point). I'm about 228ish in the morning, so going 220 is a possibility, but not sure yet.

Baseball season is here, but a rough day for the Cubs. 161-1 is still a possibility.
