    Monday 6/21 - ME Squat

    Front Squats
    135 x 5
    225 x 5
    275 x 5
    315 x 3
    335 x 1
    355 x 1
    365 x miss
    315 x 3

    SLDLs (off 10" box, bar touch shoes)
    135 x 5
    225 x 5
    315 x 5
    425 x 3

    Standing Pulldown Abs
    3 sets of 10

    Lying Leg Curls
    3 sets of 10

    Done. Besides the miss, I felt good throughout today. My power has been out since Saturday b/c of the storms... no hot water, no air conditioning, no tv = teh suck.

    Done. The gym was packed today so I couldn't get in a few more movements I wanted. Not a big deal as I got some decent work in anyway.

    They max at 150, but I threw on 2 10lb "add-on" plates that are used for the cable machines.

    GHR Situps (w/ 35lb plate at forehead)

    Sumo Speed Pulls
    315 against Light Bands x 2 x 2 sets
    315 against Light Bands + 55lbs of chain x 2 x 2 sets
    315 against Light Bands + 105lbs of chain x 2 x 2 sets

    GHRs (w/ Mini Band around neck)
    3 sets of 15

    Done. Felt good today, especially the pulls; I kept adding chain and they kept feeling faster.
