    Done. Shirt work felt good today. I'm going to open up with 425 at the State meet in March, then probably go 450 for the 2nd, and then 475 if all goes according to plan.

    Damn burritos...

    I had a very sketchy steak burrito yesterday and boy did I pay the price. I was up till 3:00AM last night alternating puking my brains out and sitting on the toliet. I am absolutely miserable right now, I think I'm down about 5lbs. It's not like a have a meet coming up... oh wait...

    how do you setup your bands for your deadlifts? just loop them around the bottom of the rack?

    Yeah I "quad" them around the bottom of the rack. Basically just fold the band in half, then loop it under the rack and slide the bar through the four loops. Make sure to weigh your rack down though b/c mine lifted up midway through my pull when I forgot to.

    Thanks Zen, u admirin' my deload? Lol. Haven't gotten the bar yet, Elite says it takes 3-4 weeks to ship so I could be waiting for a few more weeks. But for how expensive it was, you can bet I'll be using that thing often.
