Alright so I'm deciding to start up an online journal just to see how my progression goes. Some things about me: I'm 17 years old 5'8 and 167 pounds. I'm going to be pushing myself to about 180-185 lbs. My overall goal for now at least is going to be 225bench press, 365+ deadlift and. It's goin 315 squat. it is goin to be tough but i am willing to push my self as hard as i can.My current max out is 185 for bench, 300 deadlifts, and 240 squats. Anyone can post in here whenever and i hope to see some helpful criticism to help me reach my goals. Thanks everyone!

Today was chest and tricep day and i was feeling pretty good today.
Bench Press: 150 3x5, 135 1x10
Incline DB Press: 45's 3x10
Machine Flies: 160 2x12, 180 1x9
Close grip bench press: 135 3x5
tricep pushdowns: 100 3x12, 120 1x6
Overhead Extensions: 80lbs 3x8

Take a look at Jim Wendler's 5/3/1. Works around Mili's,deads,squats,and bench. good luck kid.
Excellent time to get started, can't go wrong bro - stay with it all year long and you will see what I mean.
