Alright so I'm deciding to start up an online journal just to see how my progression goes. Some things about me: I'm 17 years old 5'8 and 167 pounds. I'm going to be pushing myself to about 180-185 lbs. My overall goal for now at least is going to be 225bench press, 365+ deadlift and. It's goin 315 squat. it is goin to be tough but i am willing to push my self as hard as i can.My current max out is 185 for bench, 300 deadlifts, and 240 squats. Anyone can post in here whenever and i hope to see some helpful criticism to help me reach my goals. Thanks everyone!
