Out of curiosity, I wanted to see what doubled light bands would feel like...

Wow, that's a hell of a lot of tension (for me at least). I was thinking about using the doubled lights for a ME movement down the road.

I haven't done these in forever. Reading Kroc's and Wendler's log motivated me to try them again. I really focused on keeping my knees locked and fighting the temptation to push press the weight up.

I strained my bicep/forearm area a little bit somehow , so I threw in the band curls to get some blood in the area.
